I was scammed in to purchasing an extended warranty. My car has had the check engine light come on twice since purchase in February. The first time I was told it was just a one time issue not to worry a My car has had the check engine light come on twice since purchase in February. The first time I was told it was just a one time issue not to worry about it. The second time I called and was told there is no charge to scan the vehicle as long as an issue arises.. I showed up for my appointment and had to wait 20 minutes just to be checked, once my vehicle was scanned I was told that the issue could just be it needed a computer update which would be $168. If I refuse that then I would have to pay for the scan. I was also told that my spark plugs and fuel injection needed to be taken care of. None of this is included or covered in the warranty that I was promised was a bumper to bumper warranty and will cover every issue that arose. I am disgusted by how you took advantage of me. More
