In the southeast Texas area it is hard to find a place that allows you to actually make an appointment for service, a lot of places just make you leave the vehicle there for 5 days before they’ll even look at it which is costly when considering rentals since warranty won’t cover that wait. So I was very happy they allowed me to make an appointment here. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of being able to rent a car, considering I only have one car I can’t go without a rental. After the deal had been completed, she help me set up my phone and my GMC app. I appreciate the manager Wayne and Dawne working with me to help finalize the deal and give me the best opportunity.
