The vehicle maintenance shop. I have no faith in them. I had oil changed and they left the oil filter loose and it has to much oil in it according to the dip stick. I have no faith in them. I went in to get my car looked at 7am and was told there wasn’t an appointment even though I received varies text messages reminding me of the appointment. So I went back at 12pm to try once again and after wasn’t an appointment even though I received varies text messages reminding me of the appointment. So I went back at 12pm to try once again and after sitting in a waiting room, I was told my car had oil in the coolant. But they weren’t going to help me fix it. Then the woman told me to get a new engine and that “I’m girl so I don’t really know”. I should have been spoken to by someone who understood how to work on cars. I had to take it to a different shop to have the initial problem fixed and the oil in the coolant problem fixed as well. It was extremely unprofessional. More

We really had nothing major wrong with our Spark but with this cold weather we felt the electrical system needed checked out. They checked it out at or request with no problems.
