From the time I drove on the lot to the time I drove off in my new 2024 GMC Sierra with the 3.0 DuroMax diesel engine, Jack and his team made my buying experience painless. I contacted Jack a couple of d in my new 2024 GMC Sierra with the 3.0 DuroMax diesel engine, Jack and his team made my buying experience painless. I contacted Jack a couple of days before explaining I needed a new truck. He told me to go onto their website and check their inventory. That step right there saves untold time once you pick something out. Buy the time I got to the lot, Jack had my choice out front and looking good. After a short test drive so I could confirm my choice it was time for the buying experience. Here again, Jack and the team made it effortlessly !!! After the typical short negotiations on the value of my trade in, discounts on the new truck, and the payments I wanted it was all handed over to Keenan and the financing department. And one more time the team exceeded my expectations !!! You could have blown me over with a feather when Keenan told me he worked and got me their 1.9% for 72 month special financing !!!! I HIGHLY recommend Jack and Keenan along with the whole Donalson team if your looking to buy a new vehicle... THANKS again Jack and Keenan !!! I LOVE my new truck. More
