Sales people were great as well as professional. the finance guy was a total jerk once we informed him we weren't buying his gap insurance or his service contract. And then he lied to us saying we h the finance guy was a total jerk once we informed him we weren't buying his gap insurance or his service contract. And then he lied to us saying we had to purchase gap insurance at the time we purchased the vehicle... we bought our gap insurance from our credit union 2 weeks later at half the price... get rid of the bad apples at your establishment if he is still there when we buy again we won't buy from donaldson More
