In the southeast Texas area it is hard to find a place that allows you to actually make an appointment for service, a lot of places just make you leave the vehicle there for 5 days before they’ll even look at it which is costly when considering rentals since warranty won’t cover that wait. So I was very happy they allowed me to make an appointment here. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of being able to rent a car, considering I only have one car I can’t go without a rental.
