A bulletin had been issued on the modular upgrade but we were not aware. The techs made note of possible rodent damage due to acorns under the hood as the initial issue prior to resolving with the recall were not aware. We do not appreciate that note added to our ticket and our truck is parked under an oak tree but had no rodent damage in the first place. More
