Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. I apologize on behalf of everyone at here at Donley that your experience did not meet your expectations, or those we have of ourselves. We can’t fix the past but you have our commitment to improve our process to ensure it doesn't happen again. We strive to have our oil change customers in and our within and hour and we did not meet that goal. To clarify the Donley Difference Plan just a bit, we completed the oil change for you and it was covered under that plan, the loaner vehicles are set aside for those situations in which a customer may be without a vehicle due to repairs for a day or two. Those tight spots where they don't have an extra vehicle lying around but life has to go on is where we are here to help. We appreciate you as as Donley customer and hope to earn your business again in the future. Until then, please accept my sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on the team.
