We did all of our research on line to compare every vehicle in its class and found that the 2018 Ford Escape was the real stand-out vehicle for safety, features, and value. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by the Sales Manager. After asking us a few questions he assigned Sales Consultant Zach Jones to us. Zach spent over an hour showing us all the Ford Escapes in inventory before my wife decided on an SEL w/4WD. From negotiated a price for our trade-in, to settling on the cost of the new 2018 Escape, to working with Julie Henneman in Finance, every thing went very well. All the staff at Donnell are friendly and courteous. We never felt pressured to settle on a vehicle we didn't really want. Zach took his time with us to ensure our buying experience was a great one.
