Very pleasant and quick service I was looking at a couple of used vehicles and the one I had liked was sold and Butch Miconi told that someone just came in a purchased a new fusion a I was looking at a couple of used vehicles and the one I had liked was sold and Butch Miconi told that someone just came in a purchased a new fusion and had just traded their 2012 fusion in. I seen the car took it for a drive and said sold. We worked out the final price and asked that the car be serviced and to check the brakes and tires, he had them replaced all new and the financing was quick and simple and provided a good rate and payment. I have purchased an explorer from them and the service on the purchase was great and the service department does a fantastic job. More

What happened - well they told us pick another car, they didn't have anything we were looking for so they would not give our money back and walked away from us while talking to them. They lied to us over and over as they kept saying they had a check there for us to pick up and when we went it they knew nothing about it. After about the third time there we got a check, after proofing to them that they cashed the check.I have been telling everyone Never buy from them. They are No Good!! This feedback is way overdue. More
