I requested an RDX A-Spec SH-AWD ve I had a tall order, for the Esserman Acura team and they delivered BIG TIME! All in the middle of a pandemic... I requested an RDX A-Spec SH-AWD vehicle. A vehicle that is not typically requested in South Florida, but that's what I needed and that is what I received. Not only did I have a specific date that I needed the car by, but I also requested a specific color. I certainly didn't make things easy for my sales person, Daniel Michelena, but he and manager, Abdel Yoda went above and beyond to get me what I requested, by my deadline and likewise got me a very competitive price.
