Of course, every vehicle needs to go to the service department and Esserman Acura’s Service department is amazing.They have always been very accommodating and they’ve had me in and out in as little time as possible, and that is priceless. Two weeks ago I had to replace all four tires. After leaving a restaurant on Saturday I saw something shiny on the side of my tire and knew instantly it was a nail. My heart sank, it was 4 o’clock in the afternoon. I called the dealer and they said they were open until 5 o’clock. I b-lined to the service department and explained my issue. They said that they were closing very soon and they didn’t think they could have my tire fixed or replaced because it was close to closing time. After explaining that I had a very important doctors appointment on Monday morning that I couldn’t miss because of a flat tire and I had to drive my kids to school, the service advisor spoke to the service dept. manager and they okayed having them stay later to replace my tire. There was no price on the relief I felt knowing I didn’t have to risk being on the road with my kids and having a flat tire and knowing I would make my appointment Monday morning. And they did it with a big smile on their faces. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! An Acura lover for life! More
