Paperwork given to me for update has date of 1/10/22. I actually took it in 6/16/22. On 6/17/22 received email from Acura that update needed to be done. What’s going on? Was the OTA update completed. I made an appointement for a A1 service. Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, even though I was told by the gentleman on the phone that appointment was not necessary for A1 service.
