Impossible to speak to my Service Advisor When I called to request an appointment, I also asked to speak to a service advisor regarding other work to have done on my ILX , not due by mileage ( When I called to request an appointment, I also asked to speak to a service advisor regarding other work to have done on my ILX , not due by mileage ( only 5500 after 1 year) but perhaps by time. I never got a call back from the advisor I was assigned to, despite the fact that I called in 4 more times throughout the day and left messages with the receptionist. She actually called me the following day ( ie the day of the appointment, but actually after th ecar left your shop). ??? More

Waste of time I wound up getting into a pissing match with the technician, not only did he try to pass the buck, but didn't even listen to the answer I was providin I wound up getting into a pissing match with the technician, not only did he try to pass the buck, but didn't even listen to the answer I was providing him, all the while, the service advisor allowed it to escalate to this level which it shouldn't have ever reached.
