I was impressed with the way my request to be accommodated 2 days ahead of my scheduled service. I was in the area and called to see if I could be accommodated at 3:00PM - and to my surprise - I accommodated 2 days ahead of my scheduled service. This is worst Dealership I have ever dealt with. I was shopping for an Acura TL and dealing with the internet sales manager. He asked me to come to the dealership, I go there, they made me wait for an hou shopping for an Acura TL and dealing with the internet sales manager. He asked me to come to the dealership, I go there, they made me wait for an hour before taking me to meet the General Sales Manager. I told him the price another dealer was quoting. The guy then started to talk, he was very rude and insulting. I called them up after 10 days, becuase they had the color I wanted. From the minute the GM started to talk he is very, very insulting. I had to cut him off. Never, Never buy from this dealer. More
