My last visit was horrible. I’m a customer for a few years now and was totally disappointed. I got there at my scheduled 5pm appointment for a oil change. Service was completely I’m a customer for a few years now and was totally disappointed. I got there at my scheduled 5pm appointment for a oil change. Service was completely done about 5:35p. The problem is that I didn’t get my car back till 6:30p after multiple attempts from my side. Don’t make any sense. Another issue that your dealership may need to take care of is your mechanics. If they don’t have any task at hand to they should not be just sitting around or napping. This looks really bad to any business. I’m quite sure there are many things to around a shop quite as busy but as yours. For now I’m still debating if I should go back for service there. Sincerely Antonio. More

HORRIBLE! !! The oil cap was not put in the car. I kept on smelling an oil smell in my AC and outside of the car. I opened the car just now and I noticed the oi !! The oil cap was not put in the car. We had to make a return trip because the idiot that changed the oil…did not reset the “service” mechanism….we will never come back to Esserman again….it is a Cuban establishment with a grandfathered na changed the oil…did not reset the “service” mechanism….we will never come back to Esserman again….it is a Cuban establishment with a grandfathered name.
