They are the most unprofessional and just rude people I’ve had to deal with. I’ve been here 3 times and NONE of those times they have taken my car for the service appointment. I took my top of the line Equus car in for a warranty repair and t will surely be my last because of the horrible customer service at Doral Hyundai. I took my top of the line Equus car in for a warranty repair and they gave me a loaner. The next day, I was told I had to pick up my unrepaired car and wait a week for the part to come in. I asked if I could keep the loaner until the car was repaired, and they said no. First time I have ever had to pick up an unrepaired car under warranty and take it back to them weeks later for the repair. More
