Horrible customer service. This is my 3rd Hyundai and will surely be my last because of the horrible customer service at Doral Hyundai. I took my top of the line Equus car in for a warranty repair and t will surely be my last because of the horrible customer service at Doral Hyundai. I took my top of the line Equus car in for a warranty repair and they gave me a loaner. The next day, I was told I had to pick up my unrepaired car and wait a week for the part to come in. I asked if I could keep the loaner until the car was repaired, and they said no. First time I have ever had to pick up an unrepaired car under warranty and take it back to them weeks later for the repair. More

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.I went to Hyundai Doral to THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I went to Hyundai Doral to renew my lease after they spent months calling me to ask me to come in. My lease was not ready THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I went to Hyundai Doral to renew my lease after they spent months calling me to ask me to come in. My lease was not ready to be renewed I had a few more months left on the car payment but apparently they had such a great deal that I needed to come in before it was up, LIE. I went In we worked out prices and settled on an amount. My mother who was not in the country was the main person on the registration. They explained that she needed to be here in order to transfer the registration to the new car. I explained this could not happen so I will hold off on getting the new car until my mom could be here to sign the documents. ROGER the salesman explained the he spoke with the sales manager CARLOS and he agreed to let me pay the amount we settled on and the dealership will cover the balance for the new registration that way we can continue with the deal. FRAUD. We went to the finance department to sign the documents and I noticed one of the documents had an amount that was not agreed upon. I asked the Finance manager what was that amount because I am not signing to pay that as we agreed on a previous amount. He explained to me that the dealership will cover it he just needed a signature. I signed the documents WITHOUT CHECKING OFF THE BOX TO AGREE TO THAT AMOUNT. A few weeks later I get a letter in the mail saying i need to pick up the new registration. Never received a phone call to say it was ready (apparently they don’t do this even though my last salesman did when I had my previous lease) IMAGINE WHEN I GET THERE TO PICK UP THE PLATE THEY TOLD ME I HAVE A BALANCE FOR THE AMOUNT THAT THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO COVER. I then go to my salesman ROGER and he has no idea what the balance is for he then puts me on to CARLOS WHO WAS SO EXTREMELY RUDE. The financial guy then shows me the document that i questioned the day i signed the lease SHOWING THAT THE AMOUNT I DIDNT AGREE ON WAS CHECKED OFF THAT I AGREED TO IT. So i check my documents to show him that he manipulated that document because i never checked the box with the amount. THEY NEVER ISSUED ME A COPY. It was the only document that i was missing in my files. The financial manager did not give me a copy of the registration payment document so that it could be manipulated for them to tell me that I signed off on something i know for a fact that I DID NOT AGREE TO. CARLOS THEN STARTS ARGUING WITH ME AND TELLS ME “TOO BAD YOU HAVE TO PAY OR YOU CANT DRIVE YOUR CAR” That was the customer service that was provided after THEY LIED TO ME about the amount just so that they can make the sale that day. THAT IS THE DISHONEST, UNETHICAL, BEHAVIOR THAT IS DISPLAYED AT THIS DEALERSHIP. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. More

I love the service at this dealership! I have 2 closer dealers to my house but I drive the 30 minutes to this place thanks to service advisors like Juan Castillo. He is the reason I continue going the extra miles to see this dealership and why I recommend it to everyone. If you go here for service look for him and you will be very satisfied. I have tried both dealers closer to my home and work but they always leave me unsatisfied. Nothing is explained. Just pay what we ask and get out. But Juan is completely different he happily explained everything until I was satisfied and then made sure to call when he promised. This is my second car from Doral Hyundai and with service like this, it won’t be my last. More
AVOID this dealer/ waste of time/Don't appreciated your busi This is why people hated the dealership. I when in to get a new lease and have them buy out my current lease. The transaction was quick and the agent This is why people hated the dealership. I when in to get a new lease and have them buy out my current lease. The transaction was quick and the agent (Bob) didn't give me any hassle and it was fluent for that day. I later find out that didn't send the correct buyout amount to my old lease (which is Chrysler), they short them by thousands of dollar. I found this on my due day, I was forced to make a payment of my old lease and pay my new lease, I wasn't given an extension on my new lease due to there errors. Neither was I ever called or follow up by the manager to apologize for the situation that occurs. Now I'm down couple hundred dollars and I have to wait up to 3 months to get refunds for my old lease because DORAL HYUNDAI shorts them couple thousand dollars. They did correct send the remaining amount but I was still forced to make a payment on my old lease or incurred late fee and a negative mark on my credit score. This shouldn't have happened and even if it was done incorrectly, they had about three weeks to correct it. If it wasn't for my due diligence I would have had a negative mark on credit score and hours on the phone with the credit agencies to correct there mistake. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK More

After i received my keys the service department didn't know where was car was! so i have to look for my car by myself in a sea of cars but the WORSE part was when i looked at the odometer it had 100 MORE miles! and my car was in for a paint repair doubt they put those miles for testing. More
