Ten stars for Doral Hyundai - and another ten (plus extra credit) for Rudy! Buying from out of state can be a logistical nightmare, and most dealerships understandably shy away from the added hassle extra credit) for Rudy! He immediately said, "I'll take care of it!" — and he truly did. Doral Hyundai is a busy, high-volume store, yet somehow Rudy managed to give us a concierge- level service every step of the way. His communication, attention to detail, and patience were all off the charts. We were not exactly the easiest customers — we even doubted the AWD, even though it was printed right on the car! But Rudy never once lost his cool. He stayed friendly, professional, and laser-focused until everything was perfect. If you want the kind of experience you'd expect from a luxury brand, but at a Hyundai dealership, ask for Rudy. He's a total pro, and he made our long-distance purchase an absolute pleasure. More
