I highly recommend going to Doral Hyundai for your service needs. I was in a pickle when I realized that my 2023 Hyundai Kona had a Horn Problem. My car horn just stopped functioning from 1 minute to service needs. I was in a pickle when I realized that my 2023 Hyundai Kona had a Horn Problem. My car horn just stopped functioning from 1 minute to the next. I took my car to the dealership where I had purchased it (Potampkin Hyundai Miami) to get the problem fixed. But they could not assist me at the time. In fact I had to wait over 2 weeks for a diagnostic test to be performed on the car. I found this unacceptable because you see, it's a safety hazard and illegal to drive a vehicle without a working horn. Not only this, but my teen son also drives my car. I felt very unsafe and worried. So since they wouldn't give any solution or advise. I called Doral Hyundai. I explained my situation and they happily gave me an appointment the following day and were able to fix my horn in a matter of 2 hours. I can not tell you the relief that I felt. I feel safe driving my car again and no worries when my son drives it as well. Thank you Doral Hyundai. I will be taking my car to you for my future service needs without hesitation. More

No pareciera que este dealer fuera aqui en USA porque todo te lo complican y al final te vas sin resolver el problema. Muy triste que en este lugar trabajen personas como el senor ROBERTO. These people are thieves, they charged my aunt $1000 to fix a door handle. It took them a year to fix a recall. I won't be buying anything from Hyundai again thanks to these people. I took my top of the line Equus car in for a warranty repair and t will surely be my last because of the horrible customer service at Doral Hyundai. I took my top of the line Equus car in for a warranty repair and they gave me a loaner. The next day, I was told I had to pick up my unrepaired car and wait a week for the part to come in. I asked if I could keep the loaner until the car was repaired, and they said no. First time I have ever had to pick up an unrepaired car under warranty and take it back to them weeks later for the repair. More

I love the service at this dealership! I have 2 closer dealers to my house but I drive the 30 minutes to this place thanks to service advisors like Juan Castillo. He is the reason I continue going the extra miles to see this dealership and why I recommend it to everyone. If you go here for service look for him and you will be very satisfied. I have tried both dealers closer to my home and work but they always leave me unsatisfied. Nothing is explained. Just pay what we ask and get out. But Juan is completely different he happily explained everything until I was satisfied and then made sure to call when he promised. This is my second car from Doral Hyundai and with service like this, it won’t be my last. More

After i received my keys the service department didn't know where was car was! so i have to look for my car by myself in a sea of cars but the WORSE part was when i looked at the odometer it had 100 MORE miles! and my car was in for a paint repair doubt they put those miles for testing.
