Effortless!!! I was not even sure with Black Label service this could be done, but a dealer rep picked up my MKZ at my office in Miami at 10:30am and returned it by I was not even sure with Black Label service this could be done, but a dealer rep picked up my MKZ at my office in Miami at 10:30am and returned it by 2pm completely finished with the 7500 Mile check-up and totally washed like new. The rep was extremely nice and helpful. I was worried this would not work and I would be stranded overnight without my vehicle.
