I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The advertised price was $69 for the oil change, and $29 for the tire rotation. When I pick up the car, the bill is $218.55. When I look closer at the totally confusing invoice, the added an oil additive for twenty something dollars that I didn’t ask for. Then they proceed to say that they added a $26 discount. If that we’re the case, it would have been less than $100. I added to replace the wipers. That was $29 but he said that he gave it to me for less than that. Again, even then, the numbers wouldn’t add up to the $218. Then they wanted to give me a credit for my next service. After showing displeasure, they refunded twenty something dollars. Still wouldn’t be close to the $218.55. Totally disorganized and I’ll take my business elsewhere. I thought VW was better than that More
