No me fue informado a tiempo que no estaria mi carro listo el mismo dia que lo deje en el dealer, YO tuve que llamar a las 6 pm a ver que sucedia con mi auto y ahi recien me informaron que no estaria li listo el mismo dia que lo deje en el dealer, YO tuve que llamar a las 6 pm a ver que sucedia con mi auto y ahi recien me informaron que no estaria listo lo cual me causo molestias ya que al preguntar que si me darian un auto hasta que este listo mi carro, me indicaron que ya a esa hora no seria posible porque el renta car estaba cerrado. Asi que recomiendo que este tipo de situaciones sepan cuadrarlas de mejor manera para evitar que el cliente que esta dentro de garantia NO se quede sin auto porque me produjo muchas complicaciones en mis responsabilidades diarias.. gracias More
