Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This was my 2nd time having a horrible experience. The first was in 2020 and I ended up leasing from Rick Case instead. Now in 2022, I tried to give Esserman a second chance since they are near me but I was quickly reminded of why I ended up in Weston at Rick case in the first place. Worst Place. Do not give them your business. They are not willing to work for a sale. I much rather drive 40 min north to Rick Case than deal with the people at Esserman Volkswagen. More
