Our experience on purchasing a GLI for my son was very pleasant. I have purchased and leased numerous cars in my life and I had concluded that dealerships in Miami Dade were a waste of time. SO much so th pleasant. I have purchased and leased numerous cars in my life and I had concluded that dealerships in Miami Dade were a waste of time. SO much so that i lease my BMWs from Georgia and my Audi from Pembroke Pines. Just don't want to deal with the local ones, if you know what I mean. Ali was extremely professional to deal with. The reason I ended up at Esserman, is because they were the only dealer in South Florida that had a GLI in pure gray like my son wanted. We came to an agreement rather quickly and financing was a breeze as well with Rayner. Within 3 hours we were on our way home with my sons GLI. Here is the best part. They are committed to customer satisfaction. When we got home we discovered there was a small scratch on the steering wheel which was probably done when the car was being washed at the dealer when we were waiting for the car. I brought the issue up to Ali. And rather than defending themselves like many local dealers would, he got back to me stating they had placed an order to replace the steering wheel. That is customer service!! I have not experienced their service department, and will keep writing reviews as our relationship with Esserman continues. As of now, I highly recommend this dealer.
