I've always had a pleasant experience with this dealer ship in either buying, leasing or servicing my vehicle. The Service Reps are always attentive and professional. Since my car had to remain overnight, transportation arrangements were made with Lyft to take me home and back the next day. The sunglass holder on my brand new Tiguan broke, making me not being able to properly use the rear view mirror, it broke because of a product failure. I called and they told me at the service part that was me not being able to properly use the rear view mirror, it broke because of a product failure. I called and they told me at the service part that was a common issue and that they had the part after asking for my VIN number to get it replaced. I drove for 30 minutes to get there on my day off from work, checked in and waited 10 minutes until they told me that they did not have the part and that they had to ask if they could remove it from a new vehicle, this did not happen. The service personnel told me that for the inconvenience once they received the part they would send someone to repair it at my house. This was 10 days ago and the holder is still broken and no one followed up with me. Please address this issue as quick as possible, More

I had an appointment to fix my car and when I showed up, was informed that they didn’t have the piece. Why wouldn’t they call and reschedule the appointment, especially since they knew what I was taking my was informed that they didn’t have the piece.
