I made an appointment to have the ECM software updated, to reset the inspection message on the dashboard, and fix the sunglasses holder (for the second time). Andres was the service man I was assigned to. to reset the inspection message on the dashboard, and fix the sunglasses holder (for the second time). Andres was the service man I was assigned to. When the car was returned, my sunglasses were missing. I went back to the dealership and talked to Jenny in the cashier area. She called the manager to assist me. The manager came out with a blue Volkswagen shirt, I think his name was Francisco, and asked me if I was sure the sunglasses were in the car because Andres did not remember my sunglasses being inside the sunglass holder and the technicians deny seeing any sunglasses in my car. Then he asked me if I was sure I didn’t remove them from the car myself, if I misplaced them, and if I checked the entire car. I told him repeatedly I was 100% positive the sunglasses and a black microfiber cloth were inside the sunglass holder when I gave Andres the car. He asked to “check” my car for the sunglasses, answered a phone call, then left to the back. I waited 10 minutes until he came back with my sunglasses and the black microfiber cloth that was inside the sunglass holder. He said "You were right" and handed back my sunglasses with the black microfiber cloth. The service performed was fine. They updated the software and fixed the sunglass holder. I did not like that they took my sunglasses then doubted me when I was 100% sure where I placed my sunglasses. I will not come back to this dealership since they cannot be trusted and they want to take belongings that don't belong to them. More
Part of the of the issues were fixed,however, according to the receipt mechanic was unable to verified noise but it’s clear present. Upon picking vehicle passenger door had a dent.
