I had such a bad experience, after picking up my car from service my car was still dirty! I had to come back to pick up my carpets that they never even called me to tell me it was ready + the day I went to p service my car was still dirty! How I know, because I clean my wheels every Saturday, I know where the rims are scratch. The same rim scratched was on the same side rear passenger right tire!
