From the service advisors who receive our vehicle to Mr. Jimenez himself, the professionalism and care have always stood out. If I had one small suggestion, it would be regarding the music selection in the showroom during the evening hours. We arrived around 6 PM, and throughout our visit, “Reparto” music was being played. Some of the music felt a bit offensive and vulgar, which took away slightly from an otherwise outstanding customer experience. Overall, we are very grateful for the exceptional service and look forward to continuing to do business with Doral VW. More

​So, I have been dealing with Volkswagen of Doral for about 4 or 5 years now and my number one guy to go to is Chris Castro. I go to Chris because he knows how to deal with my Volkswagen Touareg, which i about 4 or 5 years now and my number one guy to go to is Chris Castro. I go to Chris because he knows how to deal with my Volkswagen Touareg, which is a discontinued vehicle from 2017. I was very optimistic about bringing my Touareg in for service because the specialists who work on my Touareg were amazing and exceptional. Having a Touareg mechanic in-house is a rarity; between the mechanic and Chris, they made my experience grand. Unfortunately, Chris has departed from the company, and I was wondering if the company can do something about getting him back. He's an amazing worker who believes in MEI: merit, experience, and intelligence. When it comes to servicing his customers, his knowledge and his charisma make it all worthwhile to want to go to Volkswagen of Doral. Please make all efforts to have him back with your team so that Volkswagen of Doral can continue giving the number one customer service to the ones who need it and to the ones who are reluctant of going to Volkswagen of Doral.
