I recently purchased a vehicle from Doral Volkswagen, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. Special thanks to Li and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. Special thanks to Lisban, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to listen to my needs, answered all my questions, and ensured I found the perfect car that fit my budget and preferences. Lisban was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He made sure I was comfortable with my decision and thoroughly explained everything about the car and the financing process. I highly recommend Doral Volkswagen and especially Lisban for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They truly care about their customers! Thank you again for a wonderful experience! More
I want to share a very bad and dangerous experience I just had with Volkswagen Doral. I never do this and I don't like to do it, but I have to report it for your children safety. I just bought a 2021 just had with Volkswagen Doral. I never do this and I don't like to do it, but I have to report it for your children safety. I just bought a 2021 Cross Atlas with 31K miles for my family with 3 young kids, 7, 5 and 2 years old. I was looking for a safe car, from a trustworthy dealership. 3 weeks later, I get an alert on the car regarding the tires. I inflated them, the alert comes back the next day. One tire is flat. I went to Goodyear and Tires Plus to check the tires. They told me they've never seem something like it: the tires are 2018 and look like they've been used for 100K miles. The 4 of them needs to be replaced. It's too dangerous to drive with these tires with 3 kids. It costed us $1,300 to change the 4 tires. We had no choice as we want our kids to be safe. Before paying that amount, I called VW Doral to explain the matter. They didn't care at all. Just repeated over and over again that the tires passed the security check, that it's an used car sold as is, and that I got a good price. I asked them how they can put our kids in danger selling tires in terrible conditions. They don't care. I asked them how they can be mislead customers and be dishonest by selling a 2021 / 31K miles car with 2018 / 100K miles tires. They don't care. I then went to Carmax across the street to buy a second car, I had a 10x better buying experience (fast, efficient, caring). Then Carmax even went the extra mile! They told me they could take the car back for additional repairs like painting the doors, polishing the rims, treating the leather. All of this for free of course while paying me a rental for 3 days. That made all the difference in the world. Don't go to Volkswagen Doral!!! Don't take that risk for your children. More

I bought a certified pre-owned (or so I thought) Atlas from Doral Volkswagen in July. Turns out, due to a manufacturer recall, the Atlas cannot be certified, but the dealer charged me for it anyway. The salesman (Jose) gave me two keys for the car, but one of them didn't work. He wouldn't respond to any calls or texts messages to help me get a working key. The dealer in my home state told me if the car were CPO, they could reprogram the keys for free. Because it's not CPO, they charged me $168. After several calls to the dealer, I got transferred to one of the sales managers (Farhat) who told me go ahead and pay to have the key reprogrammed, send him a picture of the invoice, and he would have a check cut to reimburse me. I did that 24 days ago - still no check. He won't answer my calls either. The finance manager (Kelvin) tried to sneak a $1400 gap insurance charge past me that was not part of the deal made with Jose. Kelvin told me it's required by the lender. I pointed out that the line item says "optional gap insurance." So then he tried to tell me removing it would require changing lenders and increasing the interest rate. I said that's fine. He sighed, visibly irritated at me, and removed it, but both the lender and interest rate stayed the same. Kelvin has also refused to release the title to the lender. I paid off my loan when I sold my other car, and the lender says they're still waiting on the title from the dealer...for a car I bought 2 months ago. I need that title so I can register the car in my home state. Kelvin also refuses to answer my calls. Lastly, Farhat emailed me a copy of the invoice that Kelvin did not include with the other paperwork I received when I bought the car. That invoice had my initials on it even though I had never seen it. Kelvin took my signature from one of the loan documents and applied it the invoice. Beware, beware, beware if you go there! More
The salesman and finance were both very helpful and very friendly. Only issue is with the dealership itself. I leased a car and the car had one missing carpet in the front. None of the wheels had valve caps friendly. Only issue is with the dealership itself. I leased a car and the car had one missing carpet in the front. None of the wheels had valve caps and it was missing the cargo cover from the trunk very disappointing no one noticed before handing me the car keys. More
