I bought my VW tiguan with you guys in 2017. I don’t know when or how it happened but my service provider changed. In September I took my car in for service and because my window had been broken into, I rece when or how it happened but my service provider changed. In September I took my car in for service and because my window had been broken into, I received mediocre service and said nothing. This time I went in to get a tow hitch installed and check my car because I was doing a 1,500 + road trip and wanted to know I was safe. I was never called and got told my car was ready I had to call the dealer. I asked for my car to get aligned and the service provider ( Ciro Ulloa), answered me in all caps. Saying everything in my var was ok, I said please check the alignment he answered in all caps once again “OK”. When I picked up my car, it was still going to the side. It was a terrible experience, thank God for the one service provider that helped me when I went back in and checked everything and helped me out. Ciro’s service has declined immensely towards me. Never coming back More
