Went to Esserman as, previously, I had gone to South Motors VW and wasn’t too big a fan of the overall experience. All I can say is WHAT A DIFFERENCE! From scheduling my appointment to Danny-my service advisor-and the actual mechanic staff, EVERYTHING was top notch. While I originally had gone for my 40,000 mile service, there were other nicks and backs I wanted assistance with and he made sure that not only where all my issues addressed, but I didn’t pay an arm and a leg for simple things. Some of these, as a matter of fact, South Motors VW tried to rip me off on. Suffice it to say that you have got yourself a customer for life and thank you all, once again, for making my experience an enjoyable one. More
