Overall, great customer service. I appreciate the efforts made to comply with the Covid-19 requirements. I was surprised to see the number of customers in the waiting room but I was still able to so efforts made to comply with the Covid-19 requirements. I was surprised to see the number of customers in the waiting room but I was still able to socially distance. Included in my service was a tire rotation which included a tire pressure check. So I was surprised when the Tire Pressure indication light came on and remained on after I had stopped and tried to reset the pressure. I was too far from your service department so I stopped at a gas station and was surprised to find that the tires' pressure was too high. I would think that the mechanic would know that 35 PSI was the correct amount, which the label inside the front door states, and not 37 PSI which was in each tire. I hope this will be brought to his attention. Overall, I have confidence in your Service Department and it's the major reason that I'm still driving a VW. More
