Esserman service did a great job with my car yesterday, 9/14/2020. I brought my 2016 Jetta in for 60k maintenance, and Robert helped me as soon as I arrived. Robert communicated with me throughout the time 9/14/2020. I brought my 2016 Jetta in for 60k maintenance, and Robert helped me as soon as I arrived. Robert communicated with me throughout the time my car was serviced, which was a total of about 4 hours. My only complaint was that I scheduled this appointment days in advance online, and requested a loaner vehicle. While I expected a loaner vehicle to be ready for me, instead there wasn’t, and I had to be shuttled to a nearby rental car company. I appreciate that I didn’t have to pay for the rental, but I did have to charge $50 temporarily on my credit card. I just didn’t expect to have to go to another place to get a loaner vehicle, when I expected a loaner vehicle to be ready for me at the dealership, especially since I made the appointment days in advance. Other than that, esserman service has always done exceptional work on my car (which has been nothing beyond oil changes and routine maintenance), and I truly appreciate it! More
