Sales and Service Upon arriving, we were met by a salesperson. The person was very courteous and has product knowledge. My Spanish is ok to get by, however, it would have been beneficial if the sales rep would have to know English rather than to prefer speaking in Spanish so that I can understand everything. Upon purchasing the vehicle, there were immediate issues that occurred with some of the digital safety features (Tiguan SEL). Upon returning the next day after, purchasing the vehicle to retrieve my registration, our salesperson arranged to have the vehicle looked at by a service technician. After about thirty minutes, the issue could not be resolved. I was asked to return the vehicle at a later date (3 days later), with a loaner vehicle. Later on that day, my service advisor stated that the car would be ready the next day, this did not occur. 3 days later, no contact from anyone, still unaware of the progress for our "brand new car" that we have not been able to enjoy. Please provide us with a definitive answer, i.e., did the part(s) arrive?, what is the guaranteed day, that we will receive the vehicle. More
