Always amazing! I've been coming to Esserman for almost 6 years and their service has always been amazing! During this crazy times, I got a nail in my tire. I took my I've been coming to Esserman for almost 6 years and their service has always been amazing! During this crazy times, I got a nail in my tire. I took my car to Pepboys since it was close to my house and I thought I was only going to need a patch; however, they told me I had to change my tire. I decided to call Esserman and check with them if they had my tire in stock because when we are talking about changing completely to a new tire, I definitely prefer to go to my dealer. Cheri found me an appointment for the next day early in the morning and transferred me to Ciro to double-check if they had the tire in stock which they did. As soon as I got to the dealer, somebody was there to asked me who I had the appointment with while somebody else was already covering my seat and steering wheel while also adding the paper on the floor which due to this time, made me feel really safe (both employees were wearing a mask and keeping their 6 feet distance). Ciro was there to assist me, I explained what happened, what Pepboys told me and still asked him to please advise if my tire could use a patch or not and if not, to please go ahead and change it. I waited in the dealer where everybody was wearing a mask, they had hand sanitizer, the tables spaced up with the 6 feet distance sign so again making their clients feel safe. Now, not only the price of my tire was way cheaper at Esserman but in the end I didn't need to change it. They patched it and if I trusted Esserman before, now I trust them 150% and will recommend it to anybody. What I learned is that even it is something small, it's better to take it to your dealer, in my case, Esserman International Volkswagen. Thank you to the great team!! More

I’d likely refer anyone to go to this dealer in particular for purchases and servicing needs, The entire staff here is very approachable and willing to help. More
