Inattentive & Overpriced I was not checked in upon arrival. The "greeter" did his thing, took my key and alerted my consultant who was busy speaking with a mechanic/fellow VW I was not checked in upon arrival. I waited and then approached the consultant who was now printing something out for the VW employee. He was not concerned and just said, "I'll be with you." Another employee with the tablet capable of checking me in, then came around and asked if I had an appointment. I said I did and that I was in a big hurry to get to my daughters soccer game in Broward. Instead of checking me in he alerted my consultant again who was still speaking with the Esserman employee. The second employee with the tablet then proceeded to check in a another customer who had literally just pulled in even though I had already been waiting!! Even the greeter couldn't believe it. I also asked for an estimate on replacing a broken cup holder. I was given an estimate of approximately $255. I declined it due to the price in light of my already large preventative maintenance bill. When I got home, I found the part online for under $30 including shipping!!! So $235 to install a cup holder? Now I feel like I was ripped off on the entire service bill. Will be looking for new service center. More

Fast and Efficient I was notified and scheduled for a 5,000 complimentary service on my newly leased 2019 Jetta. The time scheduled was fit for my schedule. I was also given a complimentary UBER home instead of having to wait. We got the car back in a short period of time with the tires rotated and all fluid level checked.
