Disaster / could have caused an accident After two weeks in for a recall. We got the car back and headed home, while on the expressway the car made a horrible sound underneath, had to pull on After two weeks in for a recall. We got the car back and headed home, while on the expressway the car made a horrible sound underneath, had to pull on the side and check and noticed a plate loose underneath the car, we called the dealer and they were closed . Had to call a tow truck and wasted 4 hours waiting for it also after the horrible service from vw on the phone they got our location wrong . After 10:30pm we finally got the car to the shop and left it there . Then we also noticed that whoever worked on the vehicle left the sits dirty with grease and also the dashboard was damaged from the repair , has dents and scratches . This is a lease. This also not the first time it is in the shop for recalls . Too many for a brand new vehicle . That loose plate under the car could have caused a serious accident . I must say julio handles it very well and it is not his fault and I can see his frustration . Now my wife has a rental we live in broward and it is just an inconvenience to go back and fourth because of someone’s mistake . Again julio has done a great job he is the best and an asset to your company, but my problem is the inconvenience and your lack of double checking the work. This is not acceptable . I expect more and expect compensation . A simple sorry from the mechanic does do anything to me . We had plans Friday night and it all got cancelled due to this thing that could have cause an accident . We were stranded until 10:30 that we finally got someone to pick us up. Again , I could recommend julio but I will not recommend vw in Doral for anything . Lack of professionalism . I will post a review and every si for platform as this is not good. Too many issues within a year with this car. A car wash and a “ sorry “ doesn’t do anything to me . Why nobody is double checking what they are doing ? We are taking about peoples lives on a expressway . Don’t call me to apologize only , call me with what are you going to do for me . Btw Julio is the one facing the customers not the mechanics . This guy is great ! But behind the scene there is no professionalism . Not even someone from management had the decency to call and follow up with me . More
