Great experience as always As always, Greg and the team do their utmost to make each visit a positive experience. They did not have a loaner, so they provided an Enterprise ren As always, Greg and the team do their utmost to make each visit a positive experience. They did not have a loaner, so they provided an Enterprise rental. When I was dropping off the rental to be taken back to the dealership, there was someone else picking up their vehicle. We both commented that we loved the service at Esserman, and we both love working with Greg. And that it was a much better experience than other dealers. Highly recommended. More

Conflicted review Sadly this customer service experience wasn’t what I expected. I needed new brakes badly on my 2017 Passat. I mentioned in my last 2 service visitS t Sadly this customer service experience wasn’t what I expected. I needed new brakes badly on my 2017 Passat. I mentioned in my last 2 service visitS that the brakes were squealing and was told they was normal. We’ll apparently it’s not because after paying $557 they aren’t squeaking anymore. Furthermore just the rapport with Ciro the last few times has been less than friendly . not sure if he’s going through something personal or looking for a kick back but I’m not comfortable and won’t use him again. I know he’s been there forever and is highly regarded but I’ll use another service person going forward. I even asked if there was a coupon or anything he could offer for a loyal customer. He never replied. I wish Pedro was still there. He was so good and friendly I even sent him a Christmas gift card one year and then he left. This is my 3rd car leased from Esserman. More
