Battery Change VW called me letting me know they received my car and that it would be ready the same day or the day after. He also asked if there were any other serv VW called me letting me know they received my car and that it would be ready the same day or the day after. He also asked if there were any other services my needed? I said "Yes, actually I just need air in my tires and that's it. I'd appreciate it" He stated, "No problem, we'll do that and even wash your car in and out." However, when I picked up my car... All they did was change the battery and barely cleaned the outside and inside of my car. I understand that they aren't going to do 110% job but, I wasn't expecting a crappy job either. Like does anyone there even care about there job there? I don't think I asked for much. My backseat wasn't even touched. All they did was move stuff around in my middle consult and change the battery... And to top it off, the tire pressure light was still on, which means they didn't do anything. I'm a woman and if I knew how to do it I would've just done it all myself but I made the mistake on counting on you guys. P.S I YouTubed "How to change a car battery, How to add air to tires without over airing, and What vacuum cleaner brand is best to vacuum cars. Thank you for your attention. More

VW ESSERMAN SUCKS So I took my service in for a service and when I get out the problem I took it in for was fixed but a bunch of other lights in my car began to turn on So I took my service in for a service and when I get out the problem I took it in for was fixed but a bunch of other lights in my car began to turn on. Worst service I have received as I took my car before having to go on a road trip and had to leave with it more messed up than when I took it in. Absolutely disappointing and awful service. The only useful thing was the cashier besides that horrible. Car wasn’t even ready at the time I was advised, made me late to work. More
