Place needs to be replaced My first appointment was set with someone who wasn’t even working that day. When i arrived they made me wait and had to scramble to figure out what to My first appointment was set with someone who wasn’t even working that day. When i arrived they made me wait and had to scramble to figure out what to do. Someone cane to talk to me and they ordered a part and said they’d call me when it arrived, they didn’t. Then I make an appointment for a Saturday to replace the broken part and once I get there they said they can’t do that on a Saturday. WHY DID THEY GIVE ME THE APPOINTMENT???? I wasted my time and now i will be back a third time to finally get this fixed. I have zero confidence that it will be though. I am very disappointed with the service overall. This is my third Passat I lease from this dealership and it might be the last. Also, there seems to be a disconnect between the service guy and the people giving appointments. Get it together people you’re wasting people’s valuable time and that upsets customers. More

They stated that the manufacturer did not approved the replacement. Days after I brought my car in again because of one light on the dashboard was on!!....Exactly the Air bags's ones. They checked out and I just received a call where they stated that the cables that connect the system which is located under the passenger seat were bitten by a dog and my warranty won't cover that either. I purchased a full cover warranty on my car and it is a Lease car where they supposed to fix it. I recomend to think twice before doing Business now with that people. More
