I went to service the Tiguan, supposedly they did but the suv continues to indicate that it needs service, additionally they offered me an alignment that I did not need but I accepted and the car misaligned suv continues to indicate that it needs service, additionally they offered me an alignment that I did not need but I accepted and the car misaligned and so I did not deliver it. I had to call, claim and they gave me an appointment for the following Saturday, I went and supposedly they corrected my alignment but they did not remove the oil change alert, terrible service and even after two visits in March I receive emails that I have not gone to the dealership to repair it, oh really??? More
