I had to leave my car in service during my lunch hour, and I needed to get back to work as soon as possible. They verified my insurance, explained the services that needed to be done on my car along with the price for the repairs, and issued me a loaner all within 30min. Not to mention, I didn't even have an appointment. I picked up my car today, and its running as great as when I first bought it. I couldn't be happier. More

SERVICE ON MY TIGUAN As always, I was received by Bismarck with an excellent humor, letting me know the details of the service that was about to be performed on my car. Af As always, I was received by Bismarck with an excellent humor, letting me know the details of the service that was about to be performed on my car. After a little time I spent on the lobby and a meticulous and detailed revision on my car, the service was done, my car came out shine and clean, ready for another year on the road. The friendship that all my friends or family at Esserman showed to my will make drive again and again to Esserman for my car service and when the time for a new car arrives. Thank you Bismarck More
Very bad experience, please read my story I was treated so badly by these people. Please take the time to listen to what happened to me at Esserman. They pressure customers into writing good r I was treated so badly by these people. Please take the time to listen to what happened to me at Esserman. They pressure customers into writing good reviews and that is the only reason they have a decent rating. Don't ever go to this place! I brought my 2011 TDI Jetta in for a flat tire and was subjected to a three hour wait time to tell me I needed a new rim on one wheel. So they filled up my tire with air and told me it would be good to drive for the next 5 days while I wait for the rim. Then, when I left the dealership and got on the freeway, multiple dashboard lights came on and my car lost acceleration. After pulling to the side of the road and turning off the AC I was able to get the car to accelerate again and drive back home. I tried to contact my service agent Francisco Mora, I even left multiple messages on his voicemail and with a person who answered their phone line, but he refused to call me back about my engine problem. So while waiting for him to call me back about my engine problem I was sent an email survey about my experience at Esserman. I filled it out very honestly and gave Francisco a poor review. Funny thing happened, after I left the review, I finally got my call from Francisco, but instead of asking me what's going on with my car, he just chewed me out for leaving him a bad survey. I had to apologize profusely on the phone with him to get him to stop going on about the bad survey. Then I told him about the engine and he said I should bring my car in on Monday after the weekend and he rudely hung up on me. When I brought my car in I was told there would be a 124.00 Diagnostic fee and Francisco assured me that if work was needed that the diagnostic fee would be used towards the work on the car. So I would only pay the diagnostic fee if no work was needed. Well he called me back later to tell me that I needed a cam shaft sensor and that is the only part I need and it will 100% fix my problem because it's the only thing that came up on the diagnostic. (normally a 200 dollar repair but apparently in my model VW this one little part takes 5 hours of labor and they have to charge 700ish dollars) So he tells me this on the phone and I agree to service my car and pay the 700 dollar bill. But when I get there, he sneakily put the diagnostic fee back into my bill so instead of the $700 I had agreed to on the phone it was now $850. I complained why is this work so expensive and I thought the diagnostic fee was going back into the work and Francisco assured me that this bill was correct and that the diagnostic fee had been taken into account already. But it hadn't. He was just mad that I left him a bad survey and was lying right to my face. I then had a few back and forth emails with the service manager and he showed me a copy of their printout that clearly shows the diagnostic fee still being charged to me. So I caught Francisco red handed sneaking this extra 124 dollar fee into my bill and hiding it on my print out. It gets even worse here, because I then go back on the freeway again after leaving the dealership and the exact same things happens to my car, the dashboard lights come on and the AC went out. So now, I'm very upset and I contact the general manager of the dealership with an email, but in his reply he only acknowledges three of my issues; 1. He claims Esserman would never overcharge me. Which they definitely did!!!! 2. The fact that Francisco chewed me out about the survey and he apologized about it 3. and three that the work they did on my car does take 5 hours and that the 700 dollar price was a fair price He then adds that he is sorry to hear my car is still experiencing problems and I should bring it back in. So I email him back that he forgot to acknowledge the part about the 124 dollar overcharge that Francisco was caught red handed slipping into my bill. And sure enough he never responds to me again. Then this guy Marcus makes a comment on this review claiming he has contacted me before!? I've never met or talked to a Marcus from Esserman. Then he posts a small transcript of what the general manager sent me, trying to make me look like I'm just a complaining customer. He forgets to add the fact that the general manager refused to acknowledge the 124 dollar overcharge even though the service manager Albert Luaces confirmed it to me in an email. And he forgets to mention that I emailed the general manager back about this fact and was completely and utterly ignored!! I have never in my life written a review this long or this negative, but I feel that if I can convince even one person not to bring their car to Esserman, that I have done the world a great service. Thank you for reading, and remember stay away from this dealership and service center. More
