Transmission Replacement I showed up without an appointment because I was having major transmission problems the night before. Francisco Mora came right up to my car, took all I showed up without an appointment because I was having major transmission problems the night before. Francisco Mora came right up to my car, took all my information, listened to my concerns and issues I was experiencing, and got me taken care of. My entire transmission needed to be replaced and it took a little longer than I had hoped, but I assumed that would happen as it was during the New Year holiday. The only downside was that there wasn't a loaner available for me until the day before the car was ready, especially considering that it was under warranty and over the holidays. Francisco followed up with me and he tried getting me a loaner, but that was no fault of his own as I imagine he doesn't control the loaner inventory. Overall, I was very pleased with the results and the attention provided by Francisco. More

The service advisor, Francisco Mora, was very helpful and attentive to the issues with the vehicle. He provided me with a loaner vehicle and kept me informed of the progress. Upon picking up the vehicle, I noticed the rug was dirty and some interior pieces were scuffed from the work that was performed to dry the rugs. I informed Francisco and he immediately took care of the problem by ordering the new interior trim pieces that were damaged. Overall the service was great. Francisco was awesome. Just wish the actual mechanics would be more careful when performing work as to not damage any part of the vehicle. More
