Went in for service without an appointment but was told what I was looking or would be quick so I decided to wait. Two and a half hours later I went to ask my service advisor how much time was needed to co what I was looking or would be quick so I decided to wait. Two and a half hours later I went to ask my service advisor how much time was needed to complete my visit and he said they tried to reach me but I didn't answer so they didn't start working on the car yet (they called my wife's number, not mine. Again, I was waiting in the customer waiting area inside). Another two and a half hours later I went to ask how much longer they needed and the reply was, "Maybe an hour or so." Went home in an Lyft to get ready for work (~1:45pm) under the condition they were going to stay in touch with me and let me know when the car was ready for pick up. Fast forward, it's now 4:10pm and still haven't heard from them and attempts to get in contact with my advisor for an update were unsuccessful so my wife took an Uber there. On the way (~4:45pm) she gets a call from the service tech, "I was just about to call you.." We finally get the car, but are the last one's to leave (~5:30pm Service closes @5) Awesome job guys. Definitely will recommend to friends. More

Went for an Oil Change, left the dealership dripping oil, after confirming and getting my plug replaced due to mechanic error, new oil was not added back into my car!
