Spectacular dealership with efficient employees!! When I made the appointment for my car to be serviced the phone representative was very polite and found the earliest appointment to accommodate my busy sch made the appointment for my car to be serviced the phone representative was very polite and found the earliest appointment to accommodate my busy schedule. He informed me that I had a service technician that I would have to look for upon arrival. When I got to Esserman Intl Volkswagen Joe Benitez was available immediately and introduced himself and assessed my car within a record 4 minutes. I was very pleased with the manners and knowledge Mr. Benitez possessed and he told me my car would need some parts to be replaced but he needed to order the parts and he would overnight them. I sat in the waiting area and they offer coffee, refreshments and TV's for your entertainment. They also provide you with ipads upon request while you wait. I felt like royalty and am glad that there I followed my first instinct after reviewing the reviews on this dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing or servicing their car. You will not regret it!!! More

It is always a very satisfying experience to bring my car to Esserman for either the regular oil change and or anyother problem with my CC Sport.
