Even though I know I am probably paying more by getting my car serviced at the dealership, I really don't mind. Everyone at Esserman is extremely nice. I also trust them with my car and I have NEVER had is my car serviced at the dealership, I really don't mind. Everyone at Esserman is extremely nice. I also trust them with my car and I have NEVER had issues with them coming up with "fake" issues to get more money. My service coordinator is Saili and in my opinion she is the BEST. She listens to my concerns with my car and always points me in the right direction. She also is in constant contact with me while my car is there. My car was making some noise but of course when it got to there it was silent (don't you hate how that happens?). After the service guys drove my car and said they didn't hear anything she PERSONALLY took the time to drive my car as well to make sure she didn't hear anything. She really is the best, and she wont screw you over. I will pay a little extra $$ any day to get the well rounded service I receive from both Esserman and Saili. More

This is my second lease from Esserman and I have been truly amazed and pleased with how helpful and happy all of the staff is, always! Great overall customer service experience, super friendly, clean and safe environment ! I waited about an hour and half for a 50K service and it seems as if I was there for just 20 minutes, free cof friendly, clean and safe environment ! I had I take the car back the following day because the tires had not been balanced. The steering wheel was shaking Bradley which had not been before I took it in.
