In here I always get excellent service, no complaints at all. If I need shuttle service, it is available and also they have coffee and donuts in the waiting area, not necessary, but a nice compliment to th all. The service department in VW is bad, because they do not have any expert in TDI engine, they never fix the problem with my JETTA TDI and i have tthe service engine light on again.
