The whole trade-in/sales process was very slow and the wait excruciating. Still, I'm very pleased with the personal attention from Yadiel and Rayner. I'd just like to add that it would have been valuable to know upfront, at least for me, that the particular car I bought does not come with a spare tire kit. I know now this is is not just a VW thing, but a modern trend on this new era of the car industry. But I think is only fair for the sales team to bring this up for the models This is not something that a customer would ask or thing about, but take it for granted. Not even for a recurring VW customer like myself who has purchased 4 VWs since 2019. All that being said, I would definitely recommend Doral VW for your next car purchasing experience. I know will.
