I never received any notification until last week that Esserman VW had new name and ownership. Would have thought something would have been sent out sooner. I took my car three time to fix the a/c on the second time they return my car with and air back problem and their paperwork stated the car was inspected and I don’t think it was inspected and A/C broke d time they return my car with and air back problem and their paperwork stated the car was inspected and I don’t think it was inspected and A/C broke down again. Car was returned with dents and this last time a pick it up had a scratch that wasn’t there when I left the car. Ciro Ulloa the service rep has been so nice and apologetic about the situation and I understand those things are not his fault but the mechanics are the repair shop are careless about the cars. More
